Willis and Krista's Wedding

Clint's sister, Krista, got married on June 11th. We are so happy for her and Willis. The whole day was perfect (other than the rain and wind)! They are absolutely perfect for each other.

Here are a few pictures from the wedding dinner the night before at Lone Peak Pavillion.

Swimming

We finally had some good weather so we decided to take Soph swimming for the first time. Brian, Erika and Harper were in town so they came over and Brittany and Tim brought the boys over. Soph was not too thrilled with it at first but she quickly warmed up to the idea.

6 Months

I know I am a little behind on my blogging because Sophia is now almost 7 months! But I still cannot believe that she has been in our lives for 6 months. Every day she just gets cuter and more fun.

I had to put our whole photo shoot on here so you get an idea of how active she is getting. Although she still refuses to roll over.








I don't know which is worse: the fact that the picture of her falling over is my favorite or the fact that I continued to take the picture instead of trying to catch her.

The new face

Sophia has debuted a new face and I could not resist posting some pictures of it. I think she figured out how to curl her lips in, which is funny because I used to smile like that when I was little (don't ask). It makes us laugh every time we see it. I swear she just gets cuter every day.

A new addition to the family

There is a new baby in our house. I know it's a little quick but we just couldn't wait...



Okay, so I should clear something up. It's really Clint's new baby, not mine. But I have to admit that I have grown to love it. I am still not sure what to do with it but it is fun to pretend that I know what I am doing.

Sophia was not sure what to think of her new sibling at first...



But it didn't take her long to fall in love...



I think she decided that she should just accept this new thing that is taking her daddy's attention away from her.

Four Months

I cannot believe that my little newborn is now 4 months old! Time has gone so fast. Who knew that a baby could keep me so entertained. I could just stare at her all day long. And her little laugh just kills me. I wish I could keep her this way forever! But it seems like she is growing so much every day. I am so lucky I get to hang out with her all the time.



I know this is a little blurry but it is almost impossible to get her to smile in a picture. She will immediately stop smiling or laughing every time I put a camera in front of her. I guess she is amazed by technology. I wonder where she got that from?

Poor Little Boy

Our nephew, Soren, has been up at Primary Children's Medical Center for the past two nights with Metapneumovirus. We are so sad that we cannot go see him but we don't want to risk getting Soph sick. But we hope that he gets better VERY soon so he can play with his cousin again.

Our little Canadian lobster

Sophia's aunts, Jen and Meg, were lucky enough to work at the Olympics in Vancouver. They sent mittens and this cute t-shirt for Soph and I couldn't resist putting them on her. After taking the pictures I realized that she looked like a little lobster. But she is a cute lobster!

Sophia's Blessing

We blessed Sophia this past Sunday. It was so nice to have our friends and family there to celebrate with us. We had so much fun that we completely forgot to take any pictures! So these pictures are all that I have. I guess I will have to glue our camera to my hand so I remember to use it.
